Hi there! I’m Hayden, the face behind The Barbecues.com! I love Barbecues and have been grilling, smoking, and barbecuing for over 20 years.
Like most, I started with a very basic LPG gas barbecue, but then my hobby expanded to pizza ovens, pellet smokers, charcoal barbecues, rotisseries and offset smokers.
I really enjoy outdoor cooking, especially in the warmer weather when you want to take full advantage of beautiful outdoor entertaining spaces.
I don’t consider myself an expert – far from it – however, I do have a lot of good tips to pass on about what I have learned so far and what has worked the best from me (perhaps you can learn from my mistakes!)
